Data Analysis

Data Analysis

Now that you have demographic data, historical data, qualitative, and quantitative data, what does it all mean? What questions can the data answer? Are there trends and, if so, are they statistically significant? Which findings suggest cause and effect and which are simply correlated?

Without thoughtful analysis the most intelligent and well-designed survey has unrealized value. And without meaningful follow-up on the survey results there is unrealized potential. Through analysis of your results, we help you turn your data into information. Information that people can understand. Coaching and consulting can help you apply the information through facilitated group review sessions, carefully crafted metrics, and structured follow-up check points over time.

We work with you to determine the appropriate level of data analysis that will enable you to meet your objectives. Options include:

  • Basic Statistical Analysis - mean, median, and frequency
  • Trends Analysis - measure a pattern of change over time
  • Gap Analysis - measure the distance between a projected outcome and the actual outcome
  • T1-T2 Analysis - calculate results from the same event on two different occasions
  • Validity Testing - calculate the extent to which the test is computing what it is supposed to measure
  • Percent favorable, neutral, and unfavorable
  • Top and bottom scores
  • Analysis of non-respondents and "don't know" scores

If you have another specific kind of analysis in mind, just let us know. Our clients love that we can provide the flexibility they don't always find with other survey providers.
